For months Verizon had the 1:1 rep to customer ratio in place for obvious safety reasons. Front line workers number one complaint was how store management would deviate from this policy. Many store managers would not follow these safety rules and reps would constantly complain about this. So what does Verizon do ?????? Instead of policing and cracking down on stores not following guidelines they change policy and now let entire families in. Wow !

Winter is coming here in the north east, they are not going to risk bad surveys and have customers wait out in the cold. It will be back to everyone inside very soon.
