I joined at the NJ office in Feb end and barely went to office for a week before started wfh(high risk, have kids and my parents at home). Feel my onborading went somewhat slow, given the face-face interaction was no more and everything was virtual.
Want to see if anyone else feels the same and also if anyone would like to share some tips/advice on ramping up/expedite the process.

I was hired during the quarantine. The entire interview process til now has been 100% virtual. My manager and coworkers have been very helpful and attentive to making sure I feel a part of the team.
I am engaging and making contributions. And also completing the tons of training being pushed down. My position is a backoffice position, not front lines. I have a long way to go as this place is huge but I am actively working daily to learn more about something.
There is an onboarding team and OSM group that help new employees.
fou US based workers, always takes months, as for offshored teams few days.
