People are always talking about local management on here. I am glad to see the blame being put in the right place because this is all the top tier managers, and executives fault. This group isn’t fit to run a 7Eleven. So out of touch with reality. Lounging around playing fooseball in the Goode building making decisions for operations they have never seen. They are wildly arrogant. You can tell this because when you speak to them, they aren’t even listening, they are just waiting to speak. At that point they will speak things that let you know for sure they didn’t listen to a single thing you said. No wonder all levels above entry level management have no freaking clue about what’s going on in reality. Precision railroading huh? Least precise thing I’ve ever witnessed in my life.

This last quarter CSX had an operating ratio of 63.3% and UP’s was 61%. So clearly NS is full of it blaming the 71% OR all on COVID and pretending TOP21 is such a success

The earnings call kind of reminded me of Enron. Only problem being the executive board at NS isn’t smart enough to make their false data believable.

So lemme get this straight.... I lost my job and my health insurance, paying into my pension so they could have an OR 60% that is currently at 70% ? 😐.. I’d love to say unbelievable but with crack staff of elite m0r0ns I can absolutely believe they failed and ruined working men and women’s lives... corporate are the real losers in this Scenario

They will still cut everything but their salary. This time last year we were at 63.8. Way to go Squires and your bunch of id–ts. Unfortunately they will still cut.

Love how they are still “breaking records”

How is “plan adhearance” a record?

Bunch of mo–ns. If the stock dropped to $50 a share it would still be over valued.

Union Pacific’s Operating Ratio was 61.
CSX’s Operating Ratio was 63.
NS coming in with 70.7 even with selling a $30 million dollar building.

Can’t blame it on Covid. These guys are just terrible at their jobs. Any id–t can see they have clearly cut too deep.
