Now that our April/July peak is over — layoffs are lurking. They said not till December, but it feels sooner.
Can anyone shed any light on this?

Lockbox. We are being closed in CT and CA because we didn't get our contract renewed. Originally our close date was 12.31.2020 but looks like now it's 12.8.2020. They told us no layoffs, but our volume coming in is pitiful. I was hoping somekne here could shed some insight.
What kind of processing center? Payments? Mortgage? Healthcare? Depends on if they replace the workers with off-shore lower cost employees, technology, or outsource to a company dumb enough to try and do it cheaper than the Bank.
