Not happy however the competition s—s so much that it does not matter. It would be better if Cisco would invest on what really sells to their customers and not cater to new age B.S., Customers dont by SD-WAN/LAN they still by switches, routers and IOS, why? cuz not only the new stuff does not bring any relevant advantage as its bug ridden and not to mention expensive.

People can leverage shiny new new stuff, disrupt and change the paradigm as marketing gimmic all they want in the end to beat solutions that have more than 20 years investing in network hardware and software you need allot of investment, packed automation boxes are not what the customers need or want.

It depends on the market. The annual visits by the layoff fairy have impaired the ability of some parts of the business to keep their particular market segment customers happy, but while i was a Cisco employee, the direct feedback I received from both customers and sales channel partners was that Cisco generally did a better job of supporting customers than most of its competitors.

And as someone said, if you're unhappy with the company, you can brighten everybody's outlook, including yours, by leaving.

Most of our customers don't have many other options. Cisco controls the routers/switches/networking equipment sector in North America. Cisco has partnered with governments to ban foreign networking equipment.

Cisco had one of the best customer support team in the tech industry when compared to any other Tech companies.
Cisco documentation and user guides are one of the best in the industry.
Finally, It all depends on the BU, their upper management, tech leads, documentation team and engineers.
