Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

The Allstate CEO Bottom line

In looking at the top 5 officers total compensation on a yearly basis, you see consistency.
When you look at Tom Wilson's total compensation, you see something totally different.
Look at the pay, the avg employee pay, and CEO Ratios. These are from the SEC Filings (2017 started the CEO Pay Ratio.)

2017 - Total Compensation -18,757,329; Median Employee Pay - 81,573; CEO Pay Ratio - 230:1
2018 - Total Compensation - 18,687,246; Median Employee Pay - 72,363; CEO Pay Ratio - 258:1
2019 - Total Compensation - 19,615,696; Median Employee Pay - 61,860; CEO Pay Ratio - 317:1

Note, Tom's pay goes up and the average employee goes down 10,000 per year. This tells the story!
