Yes. Texas, Orlando and San Diego had job postings up for my position. We can't find anyone that's been brought back even thought 95% are on furlough. They don't post the jobs on the direct website, you have to search for SeaWorld jobs, click no you are not current employed then click apply and it takes you to the open positions. If you are currently furloughed, you don't qualify to apply for your own position. Can't say it enough, court of public opinion is much more persuasive than legal. Use your stories, not a union.

If you were furloughed you're blacklisted from applying again. They want to hire people for the minimum wage possible.
Move on, have some respect for yourself.
