Who was promoted into that job? Or was one of pz's outside buddies hired for a bazillion dollars?
They do not care if it's a global pandemic, or a global recession, or that they could have saved jobs by cutting STI across the board, or maybe asked us what we think would reduce costs. No. They want to fire people.
If karma exists, these so called leaders will get theirs, in this life or the next.
As another bogus position was created, we should be looking at another RIF either next week or the following pay period. That momentum isn't going to stop.

They did create another bogus executive promotion and department yesterday after riffing hundreds the week before so its still par for the course at AIG. Rif the workers and add Global Heads.
At least leadership is consistent with their tactics to extort money and promote friends. It is really the only thing AIG is good at these days.
