CERT=Centralized Employee Relations Team Allstate’s internal investigative team for all things HR related. They “investigate” complaints of employee misconduct. Statement “the blacks” were made on the 6/11 Town Hall by TW.
What is CERT? When and where did TW make the comment?
He’s keeping a low profile after saying “the blacks”. I’m offended, why hasn’t there been a CERT investigation started over this? If I said this to my team CERT would be all over me.
Not sure why we haven’t heard from him but he WAS on the Shapiro call on Tuesday. At one point a few of their screens were showing and Wilson was there. He didn’t say anything and he looked like garbage as well.
