I know friends that are store reps and its business as usual in stores, no plexiglass , no 1 to 1 ratio...what is going on there? In the middle of a pandemic and tmobile is business as usual .... i feel bad for store employees

Verizon is the worst. They laid off WAY more people than T-Mobile did... and they didn’t even have a merger of overlapping stores to deal with.
ya while all of you at T-Mobile are business as usual, Verizon is taking care of their employees, 1 to 1 ratio, shortened hours , closed on Sundays , plexiglass in between rep and customer, putting devices and accessories 6 ft apart. Good luck reps,
Masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. After that, everybody’s on their own.
