TLDR; version of summary of everything- All the cases are about the failure to disclose. If you know anything about regulatory statutes in general, it's self explanatory that any failure to disclose is bad.

If there is any proof at all that Intel knew about the issues beforehand and didn't disclose, there's a case.

Oh of course people knew. There's no way everyone had their head in the sand and were clueless to the situation.

I can't wait to read the tales, given under oath, of how "I told my manager that things were going sideways because of X decision(s) made by X co-worker(s)/upper management. He said he needed to go work out and did nothing to address the issue(s)."
