Have you ever considered frank was brought in because he truly is mr fix it and fiserv had underlying issues that need addressed. They’ve mortgaged the future to make earnings for years, now it’s reached critical mass

I absolutely agree with this...I work in a enterprise role and holy sh–...we are a sh– show. Jeff brought us along and we are better than we were years ago but we are a ways and a big shakeup away from realizing our full potential. Its false to look at Fiserv as a single business because we act like a bunch of smaller companies executing on what is beneficial only to their businesses. Ask any client.
I am tired of hearing....'we do it this way' because this makes us look better when we have implemented best practices at the enterprise level.
This is a great company that needs to move forward in a different way in order to get better. I welcome the change as both an associate and a stockholder.

OFS purchased a OFD who was in red w debt. Point blank. Investigation into money laundering and corruption of the fix it savior.
Frank has the energy of a stoned 70s hippy. How any c suite person listens to his stoned id–tic ramblings is beyond me. He’s awful and a detriment to any place he works .
Total b—s—. Fd was hemmoraging money and that’s a fact. Fiserv saved their a– and they don’t care and have kept the old pathetic leadership of fd calling that shots.
They will run Fiserv into the ground.
