Casualty claims

Does anyone have insight if there’s any reduction for BI rep, UM and Lit adjusters? I keep seeing is LDU and auto nothing about casualty.

Florida is a no fault state and has bad faith. I can’t see Florida receiving majority assessments with the amount of demands we get! Poster below this comment, please indicate if it’s Florida or not

Just heard the majority of a one state, LDU/3rd party casualty, will be assessed. I'm not saying which state for anonymity.

Why would they hire vendors to deal with Pre-suit cases or lawsuits? That makes no sense

They are contacting vendors to handle casualty claims.

I am a property adjuster and they just added two casualty adjusters to our team. About 4 auto field guys came over to virtual property as well.
