There are indications that roles in claims that are being eliminated may be held on with a final decision until after hurricane season peak or around second half of October with 60 day notices being given 3rd or 4th week of October. Assessments will still be carried out on original timeline with decisions known and decided within normal timeline but communications held off a little longer to make sure staffing for hurricane peak remains. Would place last days second half of December if this pans out.

India is working estimates and total loss right now for auto. I have had 3 customers call me to complain that that my India counterparts do not speak English clearly and there is a language barrier. The customers were very upset that the Allstate reps did not understand the questions they were asking. I looked at the file notes to try and sort things out for the customer but I couldn't understand what they were trying to say either. They called multiple WRONG phone numbers for the customer - numbers that are not even in the claim. The word "hence" was used 8 times in 1 paragraph. Nothing against others, but I think our customers expect to speak with someone they can understand during the worst times in their lives. The one lady lost her husband in the accident and they kept asking to speak with him! I apologized profusely to her. She cancelled her policies with us. This will be the beginning of the end for Allstate as a company.
Fired at Christmas. Maybe Glen can thrown in a jam of the month club membership??
Fired during Christmas? Thanks Ebeneezer Shapiro!
By next year's cat season they will probably have India fully up to speed to professionally and empathetically handle our customer's cat loss needs. SMH.
Getcha popcorn ready.

That will be a nice touch to let folks go at Christmas. Part of the thoughtful and caring process
