Anyone have any clue when store colleagues are supposed to get our review and/or raise from

The upper management got their bonuses but what about the store associates?

I was at top of my pay scale so have just been getting merit raise for years. When I returned to work in June that little bit was gone. Now making less than I was last year. Oh well I guess that’s that.

upper management ALWAYS gets their bonuses!!! Don't volunteer to work Thanksgiving!! Nothing will happen to you if you don't. Ah yes,you think they will close because other retailers will be closed. But the fact that they still haven't announced, weeks after the others, we will be closed shows you they most likely will be open putting anyone who "VOLUNTEERS" to work at risks. We are not good enough to receive a measly 10 to 30 cent increase but we are valuable enough to sacrifice to covid-19 as they sit home living their best lives counting their bonus money.

you won't get fired for not working thanksgiving!!!!!! it's voluntary even though store management forces us every year to pick up a shift so they can tell the news media that associates want to work it because they voluntarily picked up a shift. DO NOT SELECT A THANKSGIVING SHIFT NO ONE CAN MAKE YOU WORK AND YOU WON'T GET FIRED OR WRITTEN UP.

I do remember seeing something posted on Insite early in the pandemic about raises not being given because of cost-cutting measures. I'm pretty sure it was around the time of JG announcing CEO pay being suspended. If raises are given, they may be lower.

Heck, knowing THIS company, you may be given the choice of no raise or no job. Wouldn't surprise me at all.

You won’t be getting it. When it was brought up at our store Mgr.s workload meeting that’s all that was said... They won’t. No explanation, it’’s as though it never happened.
