If schools remain closed, will ADP allow parents of young children to working from home indefinitely? Hoping this will not be held against these employees as a reason to get rid of them.

Why so any "Parent" get special treatment to stay working from home vs a "Non-Parent"? That is insane. Work or don't. You choose. No special treatment. Anyone can claim they deserve (better said "expect") some special favoritism because they are in a certain category (gender, race, whatever). But truth is they are doing exactly what they don't want done to them (unless it favors them). If you don't expect to be fair to others, then I promise you will never be treated fairly. Nor should you. If you don't expect everyone to be allowed or treated a certain way, then you should expect it either!
Where's that pregnant person wanting special treatment? Not laid off yet? If not, then you must be special! But my guess is you will be unemployed with a new baby really soon! Tuff, ain't it? It's called Karma!
It's ok. You have pet turtles. Work from home. No need to even do any work. We'll just pay you to watch your turtles. We need more VP's, we only have 65% of the staff being VP's so we can probably even promote you! This will help ADP! Go turtles!
I have two pet turtles and need special treatment because of that. They don't like to be left alone and mommy said I was special and the company would need to allow me to work at home or at the lake. ADP will let me do that right?
Accomodations for work from home:
1) Must be cheap Indian or cheap new hire grad
2) Must not be over 40
3) Must not be pensioned
4) Must not have any skills or knowledge or experience
5) Anyone whining about being pregnant
6) Anyone who thinks they are owed special treatment barring those mentioned above

Go to the ADP home page. There is a link related to going back to the office around this virus thing. It spells out exceptions they are willing to make for those not wanting or are not able to go back into the office with the rest of us.
It certainly seems fair to let people stay at home for as long as they want! Just not employed anymore by ADP!

If you have young children , how are you able to work full time ,, monitor their virtual learning,, and their playtime at the same time... you can't! This is one reason why Homeshore isn't being offered, because too often people took advantage.
Offices will remain empty for months if not longer so this won’t be a worry until we’ll into next year. ADP will follow Google lead and keep people home until safe.
Yep, employees with children should not get special treatment and put more burden on those without children. That is insane. Maybe, using your line of thinking, those without children should get all the promotions and raises and special treatment because they don't have the distractions from work!

Seriously? ADP just got rid of thousand of employees because of age and experience! Wake up!
I would hope not. Why should you get special anything because you are in a group? Isn't that foundationally very similar to racism? People should be treated on merit and value not because they have children, got knocked up, because the are female or male, g– or straight, or any race, age or ethnic background, right? Well, seems ADP is playing the card and targeting people BECAUSE of certain EEO violation categories. Not sure "having young children" deserve anything more or less than anyone else. If you don't like it, and want something special, then start your own company! ADP will probably terminate you if you bring it up anyhow.
Why would you come here for peoples opinions? Ask your boss for them to get you an answer.
