If AIG wants to re-structure, make it top light and titlt the pyramid.
Get rid of tons of 24,23 & 22 who are getting pacakge of more than $250,000
and focus on the operations with the people who do the real work.

Stop paying LTI to all Management that are eligible for it. It's the workers that keep this company going. Not the greedy Senior Management and Management that get LTI and 200% STI. Get rid of the greed. But it may be a little too late for that. It's a sinking ship.
22,23,24? The suggestion would be to get rid of 25,26,27 job grades and anyone PZ or BD brought in. Save more money and make more progress

Totally Agreed; it's 2020! THis is the new insurance model. NO more room for fat cats in the industry - low interest rates, low ROEs, low underwriting margin.....................
