Who says they don’t already track? We are so micromanaged that we can go to the bathroom without it negatively effecting adherence and efficiency.

With all the rumored changes and limitations they are talking about for the buildings our team is pushing hard for full time work from home. I have no desire for the rumors of of masks on at all times in the building, desks spaced out, one way hallways, temp checks at the door, closed cafeterias, no microwaves, no fridges, no food deliveries (you can go get your own) designated bathroom breaks and access. No thanks to all that. I'm an adult.

Loving it, as I’m not forced to look or hear my sociopath boss spin the truth and work their agenda.

Great. My supervisor told me if they ever let us continue to this (Full time) after allowing us back into the offices he will recommend me. Even with the claim counts being the same amount as it was last year my productivity is higher than it was and I am even higher than some of my coworkers. To be fair, I have Asperger's and thus sensory problems so working in an office was tough for me and working at home means I don't have to worry about my sensory issues.

To the person working less hours and more productive just wait until they institute some of the programs and policies other companies have that are coming to Allstate. They are starting to use programs that track activity on the computer and track calls in and out. They are now trying out these systems with a few new positions, they are specifying that computer must show 8 hours of activity and breaks and lunches must be on a schedule system.

worked at home pre-covid full time. Working less hours, more productive, more time for things that matter.

Assuming I still have a job then, I cannot wait for 2021. Not enjoying it.

I like it. Working out more. Eating healthier. Love not commuting every day. Less gossip, more real talk. Working longer hours, but I feel more productive and less rushed.
