CALIFORNIAN CSA CASUALTY CLAIMS MEETING IN 5 MIN

Feels like we're the last ones to get any info. Having to deal with this after the stress of relocating here is ridiculous. I had to deal with a custody case to stay with Allstate as I am sure a lot of us that relocated had to deal with a great amount of stress just to stay with this company and for them to put us through this is really heartless. Ill update you on the meeting details.

Are all claims people in Arizona being forced to take the assessments?

For everyone who moved to AZ from Cali.. s—s. I had a suspicion that Allstate was going to pull some kind of B.S. like this. The reason they wanted us to move was to get experienced adjusters and processors to get the claims offices set up and running so that they could do what they are doing.. everyone who makes it through this will get pto and pay cuts in the next few yrs. they already capped pto at 30 days starting this yr and no longer pay for life insurance or dental/vision. At least they gave $25000 for moving.. and as they say Liberty Mutual USAA State Farm are all in AZ as well. "Its a dry heat, so summer is actually really nice in the AZ Sonoran desert. And there are good schools for your kids and cheaper living so you can provide a better life for your family. California is going down and AZ is the new up and coming."

this is so f—ed up for everyone who relocated to Az from Ca. If transformative growth plan was happening 2 or so years ago, why would they have us relocate just to lay us off. WTF Allstate?!?!?!? No compassion for those who were already impacted by this "transformative growth" b—s—. I feel sick to my stomach. How do they expect us to keep working for 6-8 weeks with the uncertainty of our jobs.

The claims people getting laid off already had their meeting. The 2nd meeting is for people who are going to have to take the assessment and the 3rd meeting later at 3 cst will be for everyone who does not have to take the assessment and will for sure keep their jobs..
