Whats the deal with all the people out on medical? Seems like every location

now they put you on "leave of absence" instead of medical hold. makes it hard to get disability payments from 3rd party and RRB. I think they are trying to starve you out to make you go back to work before you are ready. Real Classy but what do you expect.
It's an old plan that unionized companies use to get rid of the old heads. Lay off the bottom half of the roster then run the old guys till they they quit, croak, or go out on permanent disability. Unfortunately all of your unions sold you out years ago for pennies on the dollar, so there's really nothing you can do to stop it at this point.
Tired old men and women are all that’s left and management thinks that they can work them like 20 year olds in 95 degree heat with 70 plus % humidity. They’re bound to fall out!
People a getting cut daily due to psr. I know people with 15 years and are at the bottom of the list and afraid they are next. Being off on medical pays more.
NS STRESS !
They keep laying people off and everyone left is supposed to do the same amount of work. People are getting worn down. If they have something they were putting off for the good of the company, they are taking off work for it now and getting it taken care of... and not giving a c-ap about the company having to deal with it.
Younger people with less seniority got laid off. Older people have more medical issues.
