I left the company, got hired at target (as a floor manager) and am making 8K more than I did with my previous claims role.... allstate does not pay/treat employees right

Congratulations on getting out of purgatory!
I was a LDU adjuster. Yes we are hiring- ALOT of retail is. No I don’t go from store to store ???? I can’t believe I’m typing this but... yes retail pays more than claims (depending on the position of course in both places) . Retail is temporary but I had to get out and this was an immediate exit strategy. My life has improved in every facet since leaving
Sadly Allstate had become the new retail in the claims world. I did retail before I came to claim 20+ years ago. I am happy someone feels they are in a better situation. whatever that is
I was a senior manager in Claims. I feel free now. Waiting to be laid off for a few weeks of severance not me
May I ask what your previous role was? Do you think retail is better than claims? How is workload in your current job?
Does target still make you go from store to store?
