Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

3-5 employees together for 30 plus minutes in back office

Are we even trying to follow the playbook?

My confusion is how many days are employees supposed to be scheduled to work per week??? In my city there happens to be two districts, each district has its own set of policies. For example m, one district has employees working five days a week regardless of position while the other district has reps working 3 to 4 days and managers working no more than 4 days. Pretty inconsistent. The DM just dances around the answer, no clear direction

Don't be confused. It is the beginning of the concept of team selling.the stores being overstaffed for the amount of customers coming in., the survey hanging over your head anything below a 9 and your ostracized, so try not to help as many people like you did before all during a resurgence of the virus and dealing with mgmt not all one page. Its going to be tough for the front line with stress dealing customers who think the stores should be operating like we did a year ago I can see stores very soon being greatly effected by the pandemic.

I don’t see this as an issue if you have been working around the same small group of retail employees the last few months or weeks. My confusion is how that many people can be taking a break at the same time while the store is open.
