I am former employee, its been over three years. Just curious what is the process to redeem those points ... if there is a way to do so.
Anyone has a support link or a # to call would be appreciated.

Figured out a way ... few clicks and couple of emails. Done!
Steps:
- Former team members can access their recognition page using the following link (https://myrecognition.int.hpe.com/hpenterprise/login.do) .
Once you are on the Star Point website, select “login” next to “former team member”.
- If you have issues logging in from that page, click the “Contact Us” (https://myrecognition.int.hpe.com/hpenterprise/contactUs.do?method=view) link from there, and it will direct you to the technical team that can assist.

email from: my.recognition@hpe.com (i escalated it through one of the above link).
- The above recognition team will connect with someone : fname.lname@biworldwide.com ... they provide the support for former employees.
- This team will ask your former employee-id and/or email-id during that time via email.
=> biworldwide team ... will provide new username and password.
- The new recognition link is : https://theygp.awardsworldwide.com/ecommerce/login
Voila!
It was worth it ... whoever has pending points it is available for use after leaving HP/HPE.

According to the FAQ for the recognition program- "Can I stil redeem points after I leave HPE?" YES - Points never expire and team members can redeem points after they leave HPE. Former HPE can access at https://myrecognition.int.hpe.com/hpenterprise/login.do select login next to former team member.
You left them on the table when you left HPE. How stupid.
The Leaving HPE documentation noted that prior to leaving employees had a checklist of items to clear down before their last day.
