I had fun doing the assessment..now for my acting class so I can try to seem upset when they let me go and pay me my severance...
proxy for an IQ test because they’re controversial nowadays. Very odd that employees won’t be able to see the results. Might also be used to determine who is best suited for planned new roles that don’t exist yet.
They won’t tell us our results for this assessment so all we know is what they tell us which is you’re fired or you’re hired to move onto the next phase with this company. They can lie to us for all we know.
I’m glad I played candy crush all the time at work a few years back. Despite what my coworkers complained about-I wasn’t wasting my time after all.

someone said first half is personality second half is timed puzzles. Put red dot in black dot...?? wtf?!? this is supposed to determine "best talent" in handling casualty claims ... lmfao!!!
Somewhere there's probably a study showing that people who are good at Candy Crush are less productive at their jobs.
