Allstate ought to be ashamed - you are laying off your hardworking loyal employees for what - bigger checks for the officers of the company- those people who do remain will have to do double or triple the work- they will end up leaving too and then where will you be - no one to work the claims- service will be poor and no matter what the price customers will leave in droves think 1st - before you do anything too stupid

All processor in our office are having to take the test. Some exempt don't have to take it. They are not transparent on how the people who are safe were picked. The people that are safe lie, cheat and steal. People who should have been fired already but they are safe. All managers are safe. Why do you need managers and no workers? More jobs are leaving for India this month. You are not in good hands.
