During my entire process, haven't received a single phone call or conversation from HR, what the heck going on in this company, WAKE UP HR. All the communication i had was with my manager over email and just one phone call, the only email received from HR was about Severance agreement, this company values are so bad, even if someone asked to go they treat and sound like F— OFF. This shows current culture and values. And so called Sal, he asked his team in one of town hall where does he see this company 2 year down the line, his Accenture Puppets saids BEST OR TOP in industry. Ha ha - They will stick for max 2 years and loot this company and leave. New team will come and saga continues.

Nope. No anger issues. Just stating the honest brutal reality without all of the candy &$$ excuses and blame games played by most. Either Grow up and manage your life or continue to wallow in your pitiful existence. Makes no difference to me, I’m retired with my millions.

DXC had to rehire retired HR employees in order to up with the WFRs; 170,000 employees down to 135,000 & going. Executives don’t care about the employees years of service, skill set, and keeping the clients happy - just getting out of the hole they’re in. So DXC is back filling the hole with WRF’d employees for the executives mistakes for the past 10 years. Targeted employees, middle to late 50’s, 25-30+ service and salary.

In one way feel sorry for people being WFR but other good time to leave this bad company, de'stress and either retire / find a better opportunity and company to work for.
