Express will be the next one moving to India ...Im one of the Vta adjusters and we are fine but mad that express will remain .. they socks and cannot do NFOL properly most likely they dont deserve the payment fot what they are doing please do best on everything!!! By the way any news fot the VTA adjusters?

I am an Allstate adjuster and a customer. Every time I have called in a claim, whether for myself or for an insured, I have been impressed with Express. One time, I had a pipe let go in my house. I was frantic and the person at Express was amazing, calming me down before giving me instruction. I don’t know if they say it as express or not but when I was an auto adjuster we were taught to “adjust the customer before adjusting the claim” and that’s what this person did. You guys rock at Express. Thanks for what you do.

Are you freakin serious right now? Can you do an FNOL for 50 states? Most likely NO! I am sure when you started with Allstate you knew all, right! Get off your high horse! I have trained people like yourself and you need to stop bashing the frontline because I am almost positive you would have F$&k it up as well! People make mistakes which I am sure you know. The MCO folks are the first people to wine about taking FNOL with asked for CAT because of the workload. So, if you lose your job, do you want to do the CSS role? I guarantee your answer is F$&k No. S— it up! We all are affected.

Trust me when I tell you express is not your enemy. We work our asses off for pennies on your dollar.
Virtual assist can easily be done from India as well . No one is safe . Express does a lot of the same work as adjusters you wouldn’t know unless you’ve actually worked there if not you’re speaking out of your a–
