Controlled sample?

Is it possible that a quarter of or half of those selected to take the assessment were selected as a controlled sample to learn what they want others assessments to say? For example; this group of people were selected because they are the best workers and they want to see how the lower performance workers answers line up with the higher performance workers answers.

Wouldn’t it be a “huge” lawsuit if they DID factor in demographics?

I'm wondering how demographics are going to play into the assessments. It will be interesting since its not just about performance, assessment and tenure. They will be opening a huge lawsuit if they don't factor in demographics.

How is it a ridiculous theory? It is a common thing companies do with hiring. They compare new hire assessments to assessments to the best workers. They don't actually "grade" the pre hire assessments they compare them so it's logical to think it's possible they're doing the same thing with layoff assessments as they do with new hire assessments 🤷🏻‍♀️

Nope. They’re slashing and laying off and if they need some employees back they’ll offer them their positions back like they did 3 years ago .

You may be giving them too much credit.
