all of this speculation is causing unnecessary stress and anxiety.
Allstate needs to post all of the roles that are not being effected, redundant or being eliminated. Offices that are being closed need to be communicated company wide along with the future state line of business structure and roles from the directors down. Please respect your employees. Someone with a voice needs to stand up and insist in true transparency. BE A LEADER!!!!!!

I fundamentally agree with the business decision being made. I understand at the end of the day I am a line item on an expense report. I will bear the cost of maintaining my license until the economy recovers. Let your yes be yes and your no be no. Allstate needs to have the courage its convictions and let people plan their lives.
