Since they’re not sharing detail with everyone, just what group you are personally in, what jobs are moving to India? I’m assuming the comments that mention it refer to ABO gaining something more than they already do?

Agree on the abo.. every state I handle that is an advanced pay state I have to call them to tell them there’s a picture of the title in the file because otherwise they won’t pay it and the customer won’t get paid fast enough..last week they could not figure out a $20 discrepancy in plate fees which resulted in a ten day delay in the check being issued
I’m working ABO TL now because they can’t handle it. I get call after call complaining about them. Everyday all day. They refuse to read file notes and won’t think for themselves. We are staffed by robots who can’t speak english
any job they think pajeets can do or be trained to do will go to india. all FNOL, all processing jobs.

If they’re moving FNOL to India, then why did they send me a course for it on Talent Connection? I’m not being facetious, I’m really curious!
They are trying to move every job possible there (seriously), they already fired the total
Loss reps and dispatch for field adjusters, all went to India. They tried training them to write photo estimates but it hasn’t taken off because half of them have probably never even driven a car. My guess is FNOL and HR are next to be staffed in India, it’s awful for customers and employees, the language barrier is too much, I can’t tell you how many claims I’ve seen turn into a train wreck after ABO repeatedly calls the customer
