Will we have a legal right to know our assessment results of fired. What if we know we have high meets or exceeds the past two years, have 20 years tenure and then get fired. We’d have to do miserable on the assessment to even be let go.

If your position is being completely eliminated, you would not have taken the assessment-the assessment was for positions where they are laying off some but not everyone in that position.
I would certainly question being selected for the lay-off if I was exceeds for the last two years given the weighting of performance versus the assessment.
You could be exceeds employee for the last 6 year and the highest results on your assessment. BUT if Jobs/position is being ELIMINATED - PDS and Assessment isn’t going to make any difference
There is no wrong or right answer to the test.Passing the test does not give you a safe spot. I have seen this before . I have seen someone do a exceed job to the test and failed, same person from that group not a good worker took test and passed got hired and ended up being the worst employee .. and had to be let go within 6 months.
This test does not tell a person's Worth's its a shame and has been proven so.
Exactly !
For most states, employment is "at will". It s—s, but unless Allstate is running a foul of anti-discrimination laws, there really isn't any recourse us employees have.
I guess it depends on your state laws based on fair employment practices . Get with an attorney in your state . Just seems weird we were never told that when we were hired that we might one day be given an assessment weighing 30% and determine if we remained employed with Allstate . I can understand giving us this assessment before we were hired , but now?
