Why is no one sharing screen shots of these puzzles/questions??

The test is made from randomly generated questions, compared notes with other co-workers and everyone had a different first question, we recognized some questions that were the same but often the questions of a similar nature but not the same. A couple were on the phone with each other trying to do it and they each had different questions, it pretty much eliminates the opportunity to help each other out.
Our team has talked openly about the assessment, the questions and the puzzle. It seems we got similar but not the exact same questions. For example one of mine said “it’s important to have expensive things to show you are successful” vs my teammate Who had “you should buy an expensive car to show your success”. So there are a multitude of questions out there.
Because anyone posting screenshots would be fired instantly. Also this is the Hunger Games of insurance companies
Go take the pre tests and there are videos online. Do your homework.
You must be the underperformer that wants to cheat to get ahead.
Unfortunately, the competition is your coworker and others across the country who are also taking the assessment in hopes of keeping their job here in the US. They were also probably too busy trying to get through it in the time allowed versus taking screenshots. Difficult situation for all.

Why would someone share screenshots to give someone else a better shot to potentially take their job.
