Heard a few rumors that new head of product management (HA) is not being very inclusive (to put it politely). Seems like there is strong correlation between ethnic background and who she has promoted and fired. Thoughts?

No foreign government was tasked with planning, coordinating, or executing the U.S. pandemic response plan!
Yes lot of racial biasing and layoffs due to origin of ethnicity. See for yourself the recent folks that were let go from Product Management - majority of them Indians. Hopefully, HR realizes that they should not turn a blind eye to all of this.
Not a rumor. Few of us experienced it first hand. Thought of taking it to HR but since HA is joined at the hip with the CHRO, didn't think it would help.
I feel like “public enemy no. 1” right now with the election coming up and all the riots and looting . . . I didn’t choose my race, nor did anyone else here.
