there is chao's over . upper management quitting. layoffs of workers. the ones left in management doesn't know what to do. just look at portsmouth. the dumbest boss's ever. the best one is gone. thats right he just moved north. working the guys there like dogs. overtime overtime thats all you hear.just let us do the job we are here to do.

Sounds like one of Cleveland’s general forskins...
I’ve never seen a worse boss than 4 Willer... that’s what we’ll call him, 4 Willer. He would lie in investigations, make up rules to try to bust people over, never do his own job, try to pawn his duties off on every other person there and worst of all, waste so much time telling stories that nobody wanted to hear. Thought the three brothers liked him because they were all country folk, and they couldn’t stand him. I was sad to hear I won’t get to see his stupid face (with half a log of chew in one cheek) when I get back there... IF I get called back that is.
