Severance Package which apon you signing it removes your right to sue.. this does not exclude workman comp laws. so if you was injured while working at macys and sign the package you still by law have to right to sue but only for workmans comp. I did more research workman comps are shielded from such packages.

Yes it was reported and the manager at the time did nothing about it.. i had to take a long leave which lead to me being laid off with others.. I hired a lawyer for the issue.. Macys Managers are like a sack of potatoes ...
So were you injured on the job and reported your injury to Macy's before you left the company, reported it within the designated period of time required by the company and by the Work Comp laws in your state?
