What HR call are you talking about? I thought older workers are being targeted?
Are you saying minorities and older people are being targeted????
Either you have the worst manager in the company or you don’t pay attention.
If you were on the HR call they said after all the result are gathered they will look to see what the impact is on older workers and minorities, that tells you who they plan on cutting, if they cut any minorities or older workers that would be bad press that would get headlines.
Assessment doesn’t end until 8/17 for claims.
I’m on the HR call. Before this month end.
It won't be much past mid October. They want to dump the severance in this calendar year and with a 60 day notice to employees that puts them at mid December. I would say first week of October.

Don’t think since they had to put it into the 4th quarter they will let it go that long....wasn’t the original plan and got delayed.
They said it would be another 6 weeks after the assessment ends
