Cashiers and all of frontline get pay raises but not merchandisers? What’s that about?

What is the cap for all of these positions on the front end...

The raises are all coming with a condition. Once all management positions are eliminated the lead positions will take over without the title. So on and so forth. This company doesn't do anything especially raises out of the kindness of their hearts. I'm sure their is a plan for carts and another job added to them.

I agree with the cart associates cuz f— all that. That sh– is hella hard to do, but frontlines before merch no way you know who has to stay if the sh– isnt done? merch team who has to go push carts merch team, who has to do cpu when there's no one scheduled merch team.
GTFO with that sh– im not saying the cashiers don't work hard but they don't work as hard as us.

MSAs should have gotten a raise along time ago! They deserve it! I have helped out with carts and I would not survive! The weather in our area is so hot and the humidity is no joke! I am happy for them!

Cart guys deserve a big race not just 15$ an hour is nothing!! They have to deal with heat weather, cold rainy! You all are inside many of you merchandise associates are spending your time talking on the phone most of the day, club pick associates doing the same thing!

Wow is all I can say. As a merchandiser I am constantly helping the front end in our club. I work self checkouts run, answer the phone that is ringing off the hook at membership, cover the door when needed. And then I help members all over the store not to mention stocking and zoning. Fair is fair, we all need to make more money. If merchandiser do not get raises, I will stop helping the front end.

It’s member specialist exit and self checkout $16 frontline desk and belted registers $15 member assist $15 (carts that can stop complaining now about helping fulfillment) entrance door remains member support $11

Imagine if there weren't any merchandisers working in the building. Guess members wouldn't be able to by anything. Maybe the front end would have to start working the floor.

Don’t forget about carts getting a raise. So let’s see the entire club in the last couple of years will have gotten a significant raise except merchandisers, maintenance and produce. Hmm now you know what the company thinks your worth and how important you are to the operation.

Don't think everyone automatically gets a $4 raise. As a long term associate I got less than a $2 raise even though the base pay went up 4.

They are giving you $300 in August to risk your life so they can make their millions. Think about that. That’s an extra $15 a day you are getting to go to work for the month of August. Now do you really think they are gonna give a pay increase to merchandisers? They deserve it more then anyone but it’s not happening. This company will do whatever it takes to make the numbers they want. Exploitation is at its finest right now.
