Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Average Service Response Times ?

Is anyone else experiencing really long wait times for service? What to tell customers? I mean you can only use the pandemic excuse so many times.

I wouldn’t bring up even the word Pandemic
I’d tell them the truth
The TechPowerhouse has been commandeered by an old f-rt named Carl and his tin soldier crew fired everyone
Then tell them to buy a Canon and leave with a smile
I wouldn’t make excuses so JV and team get to continue their charade
Why should you take their heat??

@1dxj+16p95hD7 That is my thought. We are in a pandemic and volume is down!!! So why is it still days sometimes to get techs out?

You can use the pandemic EXPLANATION as long as we are in a PANDEMIC! whether people accept it is another conversation. This is poised by someone not in the field obviously

4-6 Days! With volumes down by 40% you'd think that would mean a proportionate rate of less consumables being needed and less service calls... Oh, its b/c they laid everyone off to try to salvage the pathetic stock price? Never mind.
