Anyone know how soon we would have to get re-hired in order to reinstate our PTO accrual rate?

I was told it varies. In my position, I have 6 months to return and keep my years in, and only 3 months to return and maintain PTO accrual rate. Inquire with HR to find out what applies to you.

I was told you have a 1 year window to be rehired for your time and service to bridge over (this includes PTO).
