about 20% of retail was quote on quote let go. 88 stores where closed, some locations where over headcount, and reps are leaving due to pay changes pure smoke and mirrors. Also we still have jobs because of the government tax breaks and no one wanted bad pr due to sprint-tmobile deal.
September no one took the part time. They are cutting the meat not the fat Roan won’t take a reduced pay.
I’ve always been amazed how many reps and managers put the blinders on. “I’m gona be an AM the rest of my life!” C’mon man.
The leadership also known as the propagandist made a big deal out of retraining 20000 people.. instead of layoffs..
In my opinion their goal is to get people to quit. Less attractive work environment

Unattainable goals
Restricting the way we do business
The company wants their sheep to stay... And boy there is a lot of them..
If you have a brain think logically and have decoded their bull sh–... They want you to quit
