Allstate needs to sh$t or get off the pot. I have not slept in several nights from the continued worry of potentially having financial hardship, I continue to get up each day and do my best but I’m ready to bail. With being the only financial provider in my home and a single parent I can not wait for them to decide if I am good enough to continue employment with them. Time to exit .....

Please don’t quit, this is a cat and mouse game. Wait this out, while polishing up your resume and applying. One foot in, one foot out and collect your severance. Worst case you have 60 days notice and a minimum 2 weeks (more if tenured) for every year. YOU GOT THIS!!!!
I know it s—s but the best revenge is to bleed them on the way out—make them pay for doing this too you, stick it out for that severance.
