Is anyone to scared to have a call in day involving produce associates, maintenance associates, merchandisers? Clearly we are not important. The company could have rolled out pay raises with an announcements stating “they were in the next evaluation” they said nothing.

All this negativity should give H.O. a slight clue as to how Associates feel. As said in politics ..."let me be clear"...They don't give a sh** how anyone feels...except managers pets and on down the line. I'm sure every club has at least one assistant manager (and team lead) that tries to make associates feel their c-ap power and because they aren't there to win a popularity contest...they don't care how you feel and are most likely trying to get you to quit. If those assistants and team leads only knew how ridiculous they sound and look! The good ole Sams/Malwart are gone! Please don't ever take anything personal...this IS the new way of how they operate.
Don't like your Sam's job, take one of the higher paying jobs. There's plenty available.
