The energy of the initial days on this XOM Layoff board is declining steadily.
Perhaps the PiL takers are getting to 'Acceptance' stage.
But 'anger is an energy' and this board thread will revive in a couple months. No doubt.
And the methods used for the Layoff will continue. Fraudulent and, frankly, Naked Texan.
In the meantime, let's concentrate on the board members and executives that have deep-sixed all current employee's sense of a 'career' in the O&G/PetChem field.
The technical and research skills that got you in or out of XOM are transferable to many industries.
