Who else has a totally incompetent and unprofessional DM? You know, the one that lies constantly, remains hidden under their bed covers during the pandemic, is always confused, drinks themselves heavily into a drunken stupor, has multiple “friendships” with coworkers, is too excited when the RDR comes flying into town, etc. They should have a Netflix comedy special of some of these DMs (The next #1 HIT) 😂 During these uncertain times, at least we have the joy of laughing at our unfaithful leaders that we love to hate. On both the teams I have been on, the DM has always been alright at least. However on my new team the RMS position is a revolving door with people only there as a stepping stone to move up higher quickly. None have been particularly good and we've had a few "interesting" ones to say the least.
It would be a tight race for “dumbest”, but our DM would likely win! We may very well be talking about the same DM! Nothing more than a puppet! When things unravel, good luck! He couldn’t punch his way out of a wet paper bag! No customer experience! Can’t get promoted!
you guys think its all sales with the dumb a$$es. they run your warehouses ,they route your trucks, they can't schedule their employees to load your trucks on time. hell they can't get people to pick the orders right. let alone get the right product in the warehouse. cuts.cuts,
Lol I deal with the RMS more, who is also just as incompetent. I might talk over email with the DM once a month, and that’s always wanting to know why I didn’t do something. They got told to stay home as much as possible with the pandemic. We are on our own.
I'm in the southeast. On top of all the countless other problems with this company, dealing with the totally inept management is the worst. I'm not exaggerating when I say I wouldn't have my DM as a part time merchandiser. Its so disheartening to know every aspect of this job more than your boss does.
