Some of these departments and team leads needs to slow down and walk with their associates on organization and keeping backroom clean and free of debris because if they don't we are going to keep getting the same low grade results.

Same standards apply to Backroom as they do on the sales floor. It’s simple.
The problem is the teams leads have no clue how to manage a crew. They lack skills that lead their associates to success.
Thats what a backroom is for. Thats why they call it a backroom. Doesn't have to be perfect. I thinkits dumb how reginalmanagers get so workedup over if its a little cluttered. Its called reality.
Yup. As a backroom associate I sent an e-mail to all the leads and managers regarding this. It changed pretty quickly
