In the past the ER was only offered to Gr 13 and above
what does ER stand for?
skip the er and take lr same money plus a few more months employed
the 18th is just notification day for those eligible fro the ER package, no meetings or anything else just email notifications
No meetings from managers because they are the main group getting cut.
FY21 planning. I suppose they need to show some working when they fire all the old white guys to show there was credible reasons behind it.

Waiting with bated breath. I keep clicking Receive, receive, receive....on the email client, but nothing yet.
Crickets. Very little chatter internally today. Email is almost nonexistent. Usually a manager will schedule a group meeting to hold a Q&A about something as earth-shattering as the Friday call, but not this time. Obviously management has been told to keep quiet.
