Anyone know why the systems were updated to require an additional password?

I'm more concerned that I did not get cake on my birthday...that is what is really impotant....

What’s new is the double password required after 15 minutes or so of being away from the computer. Obviously there is a reason for this and there has been speculation. Just wondered if anyone new for sure.
Screensaver passwords have been standard for 10+ years.
Many of us are now remote......who knows were some people are working and leave their device connected and open while they wait on their Double Ristretto Venti Half-Soy Nonfat Decaf Organic Chocolate Brownie Iced Vanilla Double-Shot Gingerbread Frappuccino Extra Hot With Foam Whipped Cream Upside Down Double Blended, One Sweet'N Low and One Nutrasweet, and Ice. :)
