Why do i keep fighting every day. I do everything i can to save money for the company. I reuse nuts and bolts. Reuse wire. Run tires til theres nothing left. And nothing works. The jobs arent coming in. I dont know what else to do

Supercenters always cost money. Supercenters ruined every branch. The idea sounds good but reality wins everytime. The bigger the favilty the more it cost. Keep it small and nimble and easily adaptable. But no worries we showed the competition who to operate effectively.

The Katy super center was the brain child of a former manufacturing leader. He and his team failed spectacularly in execution and now that guy is back with Weatherford!

Katy lost money from day one. In the beginning it was to be a Mega SuperCenter. Several product lines were to be based out of there. It never materialized. Well on the bright side S&R should come across a lot of the c-ap they lost on the property when they move..

Just think back on how much time and effort they spent getting Katy to be able to handle the work that came in when Ft. Smith closed. Good luck to the folks at Katy.

That place closes every few year and hires the same people back. Takes teams of people to push out work when it should only take one person. Hope it stays close this time so a real company can buy that place.

Was the cost of building that facility $100,000,000?
