I got an email from my manager today telling me my furlough has been extended and this time did not give a time frame. Did anyone else get these emails?
Thankfully I already have another job but nobody at Xerox seems to care. I keep calling HR to tell them to come get my van but nobody picks up.

You can always abandon the vehicle in a mall parking lot. The city/county will take ownership.
If you’ve been furloughed they will simply one day inform you you are no longer needed and by law they do not have to pay severance. Done. Finito.

Yes. Same email here. Remain on furlough until further notice. On the good side I’m getting unemployment for another 4 months if need be plus I’m sleeping good and feeling great not being around a company that doesn’t care about its employees. Hopefully a severance package will follow soon.
Company car wise your manager has the power to finalize your exit date and have the car removed. All you have to do is let him/her know!!
