Their core business top-line revenue has been affected by the closure of diagnostic sleep labs, which is the conduit in which individuals get tested and then get onto treatment. This financial impact on the business influenced RMD to reduce staff to and merge business units to mask financial losses....think Wall Street. RMD had the ability to hold onto its employees given its healthy balance sheet but instead decided to cut staff or provide minimal support or explanation. During COVID, you would hope that a company like this would have higher scruples to not take the actions they did. Shame on ResMed....they are building a reputation as a revolving door of talent and the culture is changing in response to the fear of losing their jobs.

Leadership sucks - they lack not only qualifications also experience. Promotions are very untransparent and is 100% based on favouritism.
Too much covert, nepotism, favoritism, racism and law breaking managers in Australia on their Bella Vista campus. Their Legal and HR team spend all their time trying to victimise engineers and intelligent people. Never ever bring a complaint to HR without a legal firm ready to back you in court.
Stay away from the id–tic managers, especially their criminal middle management, who manage product development teams but have never engineered a thing in their life or have appropriate qualifications in the functions they manage.
Their legal team is ready to pay people out to keep their mouth shut and there are incompetent mini-CEOs who act like they own the place. Watch for the sideways movers, they're usually the litigation magnets who are protected by the scum in San Diego and Sydney, and are so scared of fronting a federal court judge.
If you are asked questions about politics or who you know in the company, stay away from that manager. They're only looking to see if you know someone who has influence and if you are a threat to their job. Not a single Australian or North American should support this company because of the sheer amount of federal laws they break in any given year.
True. Stay away from Resmed
Sure sounds like ResMed. Not surprised they did it during a pandemic either.
Resmed converges and diverges the respiratory and sleep business often, and they always are laying off staff. People only apply there because it's a bigger company in sd and they pay is good for it being SD.
Yes, this is true. Layoffs are true and declining culture.
